Real Estate in Sunland Park, NM
Sunland Park is a city in Doña Ana County on the U.S.–Mexico border, at the foot of Mount Cristo Rey and beside the Rio Grande. Ciudad Juárez, Mexico adjoins it to the south and El Paso, Texas lies to the east. Las Cruces is about 42 miles north, and Sunland Park is part of the Las Cruces metropolitan area.
About Sunland Park
The city takes its name from Sunland Park Racetrack & Casino, which lies within the city limits. The area was once known as Anapra, and several unincorporated communities voted to incorporate as Sunland Park in 1983.
Mount Cristo Rey, topped by a statue of Christ the King, is a well-known landmark. International Boundary Marker No. 1, the easternmost marker on the U.S.–Mexico border, is also here. Western Playland, an amusement park, reopened in 2023 under new ownership.

How to get started
The first step is a conversation. Tell us what you are hoping to do and when, and we will suggest a plan.
