What is in Santa Teresa
The Santa Teresa Port of Entry on the U.S.–Mexico border handles pedestrian, non-commercial, and commercial traffic, plus livestock. U.S. and Mexican immigration services are based there. The Santa Teresa Industrial Park houses the Doña Ana County Foreign Trade Zone.
A county airport is also located here, and the Santa Teresa and Jeronimo livestock facilities span the border about a mile east of the ports. Mexican Highway 2 connects to Ciudad Juárez.
Getting around
Interstate 10 is about 12 miles away by way of the Pete Domenici Highway. That connects Santa Teresa to Las Cruces to the north and El Paso to the east. People who work in the area, or who want to be near the El Paso region, often look here.
Planning a move here
Because the area mixes industrial, commercial, and residential land, it is important to understand how a property is zoned and what is planned nearby. We can help you ask the right questions before you buy.

If you are selling in Santa Teresa, we will help you prepare the property, set a price you can feel confident about, and present it to buyers from the surrounding region. We keep you informed through showings, offers, and negotiations so you always know where things stand.
How to get started
The first step is a conversation. Tell us what you are hoping to do and when, and we will suggest a plan. For buyers, that usually means talking through your budget and priorities, then viewing homes that fit. For sellers, it means a walk-through of the property and a discussion of pricing and timing. There is no pressure, and no obligation to work with us afterward.
